Joma N10 Pro:

The classic Numero 10 boot from Spanish brand Joma receives a 2016 makeover. Made for players looking for protection and stability. Joma have released their new Joma N10 football boot. From their PRO range, Joma say that this boot was designed to give you the edge over your opponent.
Breaking the boot down, the N10 is composed of one, very thin, microfibre upper material which is water resistant to resist taking on extra weight in the form of water. The toe area of the boot is back stitched. This, Joma say, is to prevent the material from widening and to remain true to its shape.
To increase stability, the insole is made of PVC in the rear and central zone so that the boot bends only at the front, this helps to keep your foot secure and in position and offers a firm feel when moving on the pitch. The sole of the N10 is made of polyurethane and is stitched to the upper for strength and to prevent it from splitting.

Nike NJR x Jordan Hypervenom | White & Red:

Nike release the first colourway update to the NJR x Jordan Hypervenom II collaboration between Neymar Jr. the Jumpman. Back in June 2016 nike put Neymar Jr and Michael Jordan together to create a new Hypervenom Phantom II Neymar X Jordan football boot. Neymar helped design the boot by picking out his favourite Jordan shoe, which was then developed into the Hypervenom.
Neymar’s pick of the bunch was The Jordan 5 and Nike duly released the first incarnation in an attractive colourway based on this shoe. The new Hypervenom Phantom II Neymar X Jordan football boot is the same boot, but in a new fresh white and red colourway. The first Hypervenom had Neymar Jr.’s Brazil number, 10, appearing on the lateral side of the left black boot, now his Barcelona number, 11, appears on the left in the updated white and red colourway boot. Per Neymar Jr.’s request, the number 23 is on the right boot of both colorways in homage to Jordan.

New Balance Furon | Barracuda & Atomic:

Like the Visaro, New Balance have released a new, fresh colourway for their Furon football boot.
The Furon had a major overhaul earlier this year, shedding its skin and taking on a new hybrid mesh upper amongst other things that turned a boot that was divisive into a boot that is decisive.Whilst the new upper was undoubtedly the story of the Furon 2.0 release, the improved tongue and sprint inspired collar went a long way to making the Furon a lightweight boot worthy of anyone’s consideration. Using the same colours as the new Visaro, the Furon upper is predominantly white with red and blue features, whilst the nylon outsole is also blue and red.
The Furon has recently been adopted by Everton’s Kevin Mirallas and Leicester’s Kasper Schmeichel, which is testament to the outstanding improvements made to this boot.

Santi Cazorla will be taking to the 178th North London Derby between Arsenal and Tottenham wearing his own evoTOUCH Derby Fever boots on the 6th November 2016. The Arsenal’s midfield maestro will lace up a new Derby Fever boot from puma for Arsenal’s North London clash against Tottenham this Sunday. Although Cazorla picked up an achilles injury playing in the Champions League 6-0 win over Ludogorets he is expected to be fit again for the big head-to-head at the Emirates Stadium. The new Derby Fever Pack from Puma is a collection of graphic boots that the German football brand will be giving to their top players to wear during their own derby.

New Balance | Visaro Signal:



New Balance launch a Limited Edition Visaro in a colourway based on a South American frog’s coloration which ward’s off potential predators. No stranger to graphic treatments, the NB Visaro will don a new ‘frog’ print this autumn. The New Balance Visaro Signal features a graphic printed synthetic upper in an Ultraviolet Blue and Galaxy Black, inspired by the coloration of the Poisonous Dart Frog. Whilst football boot graphics have had inspiration from animals, fish and reptiles before, we can’t think of an amphibian being the basis of a boot design before. That said, this distinctive frog is an interesting character. The Poisonous Dart Frog’s elaborate pattern is deliberately garish in a bid to warn potential predators to stay away. The frog’s toxic skin poisons those that try to eat them and they carry enough poison to kill up to 10 humans.

Natasha Annie Tonthola is a Malawian and the founder of Mama Africa Foundation Trust which she uses to fight injustice meted out to girls in rural Malawi. Fight against issues of male 'hyenas' (men paid to have sex with young girls from their village, as part of a sexual initiation ritual) and girls dropping out of school are very dear to her.
